Shipping and Returns Policy
Express Express Service 24/48/72/96 working hours from the date of departure from Bologna - the courier makes 2 consecutive delivery attempts without appointment (08: 30/18: 30 hours); if both of these attempts are unsuccessful, the goods will be available in fixed deposit c / o the local office of the courier after which, if the recipient will directly collect the goods within 7 days. there will be no additional expenses; if, on the other hand, he will request the 3rd delivery attempt, or he will collect the goods in storage after 7 days. working from the date of opening the stock dossier, the recipient will be charged in advance (by paypal or bank transfer) a surcharge of EUR 3.60 + VAT as storage costs; after 7 days working from the date of opening the stock dossier without the recipient carrying out the collection of the goods in storage, the goods return to bologna, after which, to get hold of the goods, the following sum must be paid in advance: EUR 7.50 + VAT ( return costs) + eur 3.60 + VAT (storage costs) + eur 7.50 + VAT (shipping costs).
Delivery is intended at street level at the street number indicated by the buyer. The buyer is required to verify upon receipt, the conformity of the product delivered to him in relation to the order placed, as follows:
to. the number of packages (packs or cans) indicated in the immediate accompanying invoice (if professional) or in the transport document (if consumer);
b. the packaging or the tank is intact, not damaged or wet. Only after this verification will the buyer have to sign the courier's delivery note, after which he will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered to him regarding the order placed; if, on the other hand, there is no correspondence between the order and delivery, according to the aforementioned rules, the buyer will not have to accept the goods and raise the dispute directly to the supplier. The supplier guarantees the replacement of any product found to be defective, damaged or shipped by mistake with the responsibility of its employees. The purchaser can return the product by ordinary mail ("ordinary package") specifying the reasons for the return and the request for replacement or re-credit. Both in the event of a request for replacement, and in the case of a request for re-credit, the buyer must necessarily also indicate their bank details (iban) or paypal (e-mail) for the execution of the refund bank transfer. In case of incorrect shipment, the shipping costs for the return of the product or for the additional shipment of the missing ordered product will be fully borne by the supplier; the latter will be solely responsible for organizing the shipment for the return of the product or for the shipment of the missing ordered product.
The replacement or refund of the product for incorrect shipment will be accepted only on condition that the returned product is in an intact and sealed package and only if contained within the original packaging. In case of defective or damaged product, the shipping costs for the return of the product will be fully anticipated by the buyer, who will be solely responsible for organizing the shipment for the return of the product to the supplier; once in possession of the product and verified the existence of the claimed defect or damage, the supplier will alternatively proceed as follows:
1. if the buyer chooses the replacement of the defective or damaged product, the supplier will fully arrange the shipment of the replacement product at his own expense, remaining solely responsible for organizing the shipment. the supplier will, exclusively by bank transfer or paypal, reimburse the buyer for the shipping costs advanced by him for the return of the product, according to the current rates applied by the Italian post office. the re-credit will take place promptly and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of return of the product to the supplier;
2. if the buyer chooses the re-credit, the supplier will, exclusively by bank transfer or paypal, refund the buyer in full both of the sales price of the product indicated in the immediate commercial invoice accompanying the product or in the transport document, and of the shipping costs for the return of the product advanced by the buyer, according to the current rates applied by the Italian post office. The re-credit will take place promptly and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of return of the product to the supplier.
